The Influence of Full Moons on Fishing
A full moon can have a profound effect on fishing, influencing tidal movements and fish feeding patterns. During a new moon or full moon, the gravitational pull of the moon is stronger, resulting in more pronounced tidal movement. This increased water movement stirs up baitfish and triggers feeding activity among predatory fish species.
At Crescent Fish Camp, anglers can take advantage of the heightened fish activity during full moons to enhance their fishing experience. Whether casting from the shores of Crescent Lake or venturing out onto the water in search of trophy catches, the allure of full moons adds an extra element of excitement to every fishing expedition.
