General Managers

Crystal Lester

Crescent Fish Camp

Born and raised a city girl, I have recently embraced a new chapter of my life as I transition to the peacefulness of lake living, I’ve mastered the art of loving plants, even if they don’t always reciprocate the sentiment. As a newbie to the camp life by the lake, I’m like a fish out of water—figuratively, of course – Balancing the art of managing a lake campground and performing back-breaking manual labor is like juggling flaming marshmallows—it requires finesse, resilience, and a high tolerance for hilarity. So, prepare for an adventure filled with laughter, quirky anecdotes, and the occasional well-intentioned chaos, as we navigate the campgrounds together!

Ronnie Waters

Wanee Lake

Hi my name is Ronnie Waters and I am the GM here at Wanee Lake. I was born and raised in Turner County and have lived here all my life. I am an avid golfer and fisherman and do both as often as I can. I love all sports, especially college and high school football. I love to meet new people and hear their life story and my position here at Wanee Lake enables me to do just that. The outdoors is my passion and I love to marvel at all God’s creations. I am looking forward to meeting you here at Wanee Lake and hearing your life story.

Susan McKissick
